Thanks to the unique global patent, a significant part of traditional oil-based components were replaced with Swedish rapeseed oil. The increased coating efficiency makes the assortment of the highest quality products from GreenCoat® steel the most environmentally-friendly offer of organically coated steel for construction. As the only ones in Europe, we have a written guarantee of colour repeatability from SSAB. The coating is a part of the anti-corrosion coating category compliant with EN 10169. It guarantees a very long product life, strengthens mechanical scratch and UV radiation resistance. The high corrosion resistance of the X-Matt coating has been tested by exposure in aggressive marine and industrial environments. Zinc coating is min. 275 g / m². The coating is produced by the largest steel manufacturer in the world - ArcelorMittal. As the only ones in Europe, we have a written guarantee of colour repeatability from ArcelorMittal. D-Matt coating means high durability and corrosion and scratch resistance. Here are the most important technical parameters: thickness of the decorative coating: 35 microns; adhesion of the coating (bending in T): ≤ 1 T; bending resistance at bending (bending in T): ≤ 2 T; impact resistance: 18 J; scratch resistance (Clemen): ≥ 1.5 kg; corrosion resistance: Category RC3; Ultraviolet radiation resistance: QUV (UVA + H2O) test (2000 hours). Zinc coating is min. 275 g / m². If you are looking for a roof that has a beautiful, matt and granular structure, D-Matt is for you.

 Premium class coating made of organic coated steel, with exceptional properties that will meet the expectations of even the most demanding investors. These include: particularly high resistance to corrosion and UV radiation even in aggressive environments - RC4/RUV4 categories. Ultramat demonstrates extraordinary flexibility at low temperatures, which allows products to be stored for 6 months at temperatures down to -15 O C. Extended warranty periods for the absence of perforation up to 20 years and for the preservation of the coating up to 15 years, provide peace of mind for years. Thanks to the use of a structural, matte surface with large grain, products with the Ultramat coating have unique aesthetics, increased durability and resistance to scratches and abrasions. The thickness of the organic coating is 35 um (0.035 mm).

The Premium class coating is produced by the German steelworks Arcelor Mittal. Its main characteristic features are: high durability of the material from which it was made as well as resistance to scratches and various types of chemicals (acids and bases) and contamination. An additional advantage of the coating is good deformability. Gloss polyester belongs to the type of thin-layer coatings. The thickness of the varnish is 25 um (0.025 mm).
