Easy and fast assembly
Factory mounting holes shorten the working time on the roof. They also allow you to fine-tune the sheets and correct the whole area once they are combined. It's not everything. The roofing team can work in several areas at the same time. Our solutions are so good that we patented them
Environmentally friendly quality
This is our patent for the roof, which facilitates assembly and shortens the roofer's work time. Pre-punched holes allow the sheets to be joined with precision, and appropriately shaped mounting cups provide a lie for the screw seal. They will ensure perfect adherence of the screw to the sheet surface, and thus permanent and tight connections.

A coating manufactured by the Swedish global steelworks - SSAB. Now even more ecological. Thanks to the unique global patent, a significant part of traditional oil-based components were replaced with Swedish rapeseed oil. The increased coating efficiency makes the assortment of the highest quality products from GreenCoat® steel the most environmentally-friendly offer of organically coated steel for construction. As the only ones in Europe, we have a written guarantee of colour repeatability from SSAB. The coating is a part of the anti-corrosion coating category compliant with EN 10169. It guarantees a very long product life, strengthens mechanical scratch and UV radiation resistance. The high corrosion resistance of the X-Matt coating has been tested by exposure in aggressive marine and industrial environments. Zinc coating is min. 275 g / m². The coating is produced by the largest steel manufacturer in the world - ArcelorMittal. As the only ones in Europe, we have a written guarantee of colour repeatability from ArcelorMittal. D-Matt coating means high durability and corrosion and scratch resistance. Here are the most important technical parameters: thickness of the decorative coating: 35 microns; adhesion of the coating (bending in T): ≤ 1 T; bending resistance at bending (bending in T): ≤ 2 T; impact resistance: 18 J; scratch resistance (Clemen): ≥ 1.5 kg; corrosion resistance: Category RC3; Ultraviolet radiation resistance: QUV (UVA + H2O) test (2000 hours). Zinc coating is min. 275 g / m². If you are looking for a roof that has a beautiful, matt and granular structure, D-Matt is for you.
